About Highfields

Highfields is a family-owned, half timbered manor house, recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade I listed building. The grounds at Highfields are the perfect setting for dry hire marquee wedding receptions.

Highfields is situated in the North West of England on the southern tip of Cheshire, a few hundred yards from the Shropshire border. It is located about 2.5 miles from the village of Audlem and approximately 10 miles from the towns of Nantwich, Whitchurch and Market Drayton. This country house venue benefits from a beautiful, rural setting with stunning views across the Cheshire countryside.

Highfields provides an idyllic setting for a wedding venue, oozing old English charm with the stunning Jacobean manor house as your backdrop.

We charge a ground rent for the use of the land (dry hire service). You are then free to make your own arrangements with regards to marquee company, caterer etc. so your wedding can be completely tailor-made to your exact requirements, giving you complete freedom on how you want your special day to be. We are happy to provide contact details of some local recommended suppliers to help with your wedding planning.

If you are seeking a quintessentially English wedding venue then the setting at Highfields is hard to beat.

Fabulous country wedding venue near Nantwich. We had such fun at the wedding, even when the elements were against us, and we felt we were in our own private world. Stunning house gives the perfect backdrop for photographs and there is ample space in the beautiful grounds providing lots of options for locations for drinks/dinner/dancing and the facilities! Hopefully get to go back for more celebrations!

Attended a wedding at this venue. Set in the sprawling Cheshire countryside, the venue offered complete privacy, whilst having quick and easy access from the main road. The house itself provided a unique and spectacular backdrop to what was a marvellous day.
