Good Morning Rachel,Hope this finds you well.Just wanted to take this opportunity to let you know that we had the most wonderful stay at the Macdonald Windsor Hotel. from start to finish.The remarkable service began when we first arrived with a full car load and the Concierge could not have been more polite and helpful. Every staff member was so welcoming and helpful every step of the way. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable.We attended our Daughter Michelle’s Wedding during our stay and it quickly became apparent that Michelle and Malcolm had made an excellent choice of Venue. Everything looked so beautiful and stunning in the Ceremony and Reception Rooms before the “Bride” made her entry. It was all done to perfection by your team who were so dedicated and professional. All of the food was delicious (including our morning breakfasts) and the service excellent.Please thank and congratulate everybody involved as they were so pleasant, calm, attentive and exceptional in carrying out their duties.You are all a credit to the Macdonald Hotels Company as the standard of service was impeccable.It was a privilege to meet your good self, as we know the new “Mr & Mrs Watts” hold you in such high regard. On behalf of Malcolm and I we would like to thank you and all of the team at Macdonald Hotel, Windsor who helped plan and create our magical day on Saturday.We had the most perfect day and the team did an amazing job with setting everything up and making sure Malcolm and I were both looked after.We would like to especially thank Amay and Agatha who went above and beyond to look after both the Bride and Groom and our guests. They also did a fantastic job making sure the day ran smoothly.The catering staff also did a fabulous job in making sure all of our guests were happy and catered for during the day and evening.The rooms looked beautiful and the food was gorgeous. We had our wedding reception at the Macdonald Windsor and would recommend it to anyone!When planning the day, Rachel was AMAZING. She gave us so much information, listened to what we wanted, helped us visualize what the day could be like and answered all of our (many) questions very quickly! We credit so much of our perfect day to Rachel's careful, thorough planning - thank you again Rachel!!!Also, the team at the Macdonald on the day were absolutely amazing, we would like to say a huge thank you again to Aggie, Amey, Usama, Jacques, Matthew( and everyone else who helped out that we didn't meet or have forgotten to mention!) Everything went so smoothly and according to plan, we had NOTHING to worry about on the day and we owe it all to these people and their amazing teams.And - when we went over on our speeches etc - the team were quick to adapt eg, by bringing in dessert later. So many of our guests commented on how good the food and service was, the teams were so professional and friendly.Thank you so much to everyone at the Macdonald Windsor for helping us have the most incredible wedding day

Thank you so much for everything - the team were absolutely fantastic on Saturday, and on Sunday morning too!Please thank the chef for the amazing food, all of our guests commented on how delicious and well-presented it was. Also, the ladies were so helpful and made the evening flow fantastically, with our guests also commenting on their helpfulness and attentiveness to little things like refilling the water jugs and fetching more ice for them, so please pass our thanks on to them too.A big thank you to you for putting our minds at ease from the minute you took over just a few weeks ago. The way that you explained everything to us and helped us, just made the day far less stressful. Our table was a big hit and we are so grateful that you showed us the option. Our room was absolutely beautiful too.

What can we say, the team went above and beyond what we expected.Everything was perfect, table planning, names on the tables, food was all done to what we expected .A big shout to Olga and Jake who were fantastic and went out of their way to make our day beautiful.Finally Rachel, cannot thank you enough for the exceptional service you gave us, the pre planning day was so detailed and this gave the opportunity for both you and us to fine tune details and make our day special.Please pass our compliments to the chef, our guests enjoyed the food and the feedback we got from them was overwhelming.Personally I loved the Brownies and even got some packed to take homeThank you so much for everything and so glad you got transferred to Windsor in time for our wedding .Hoping for more events to happen and definitely coming to your hotel again.RegardsChris and Nisha Paul
