Phil, Liv, Jamie, Jackie, Amy, Trev and all the team, what can we say? You guys are all the most amazing team and people and couldn’t have made our day anymore perfect! You guys made our wedding day the most amazing day of our lives and we are so grateful! So so many of our guests complimented the of course beautiful barn but what really shone through was incredible staff and team running the venue! We fell in love with Southlands a year ago and knew it was the place we wanted to get married, we have absolutely loved the past year planning it all and how easy you all made it and nothing was ever too much hassle! From the wine tasting to the big day it’s been such a lovely journey we’ve been through organising our wedding with you guys! You’ve all been so supportive and professional and the day just ran so smoothly and all of our guests absolutely loved every minute of it! Wish we could do it all over again! It’s really hard to put into words how incredible Phil Jamie and the team are, you all have the most amazing dynamic as a team and we will be forever grateful for providing us with the best wedding day we could have asked for. First of all thank you Jackie and your team for being outstanding hosts and for all your kindness.. nothing was too much for you. If you are looking for a venue for your wedding you really will not do better than southlands barn...the main barn with its oak beams and wooden floor is just beautiful...add to that the bar conservatory area... outside patio area.. the other barn.. snooker room..views of the south downs...if you want fun wedding venue this is it..

If I could give this fabulous place and the wonderful staff 10 🌟 I absolutely would. My daughter's wedding on Thursday was utterly magical. Everything about Southland's Barn was perfection, from organising canapes and fizz on the lawn; then the wedding breakfast in the huge beautiful barn; the bridal room for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready with all its facilities (thank you for the thoughtful extra touches you provided, Jacquie); the gorgeous courtyard and various seating areas including a firepit - though we didn't actually need that on such a balmy night; the bar with new comfy seating area off of it; and the magical fairy light bedecked barn for the music and dancing. Everything was thoughtfully arranged. With Jacquie and Liv helping to keep things going smoothly before the wedding and the awesome Phil and his staff taking over after the ceremony, it was perfection. Everyone at the wedding were seriously impressed with the venue and how lovely the staff were. Phil, Jacquie and Liv and everyone - thank you so much for helping to make this wonderful day so memorable.

Oh where to start so many outstanding features to this beautiful, naturally sophisticated venue. Our daughter got married here on the 14th June and we couldn’t of chosen better. The views are outstanding and the weather allowed them to marry outside as 2 places on the site hold licenses. The calm quite support of the owner Jackie took away any stress there might of been nothing was ever too much trouble , she and her staff were attentive but in no way overpowering. The venue has everything you could wish for, 2 beautiful tastefully decorated barns with just the right amount of lighting to produce a soft atmosphere. A modern bar with a gorgeous seating area. A courtyard and a bridal dressing room with showers and Hollywood styled mirrors. Oh and don’t forget the man cave . I could go on but my best advice is just go and check it out for yourselves, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks to the whole team you couldn’t of made our daughters and our day any better It was totally perfect in every way , her dream come true.
