About Stifford Hall Hotel

Stifford Hall Hotel is a decadent converted Georgian Manor house which dates back to the 18th century and is set in six acres of landscaped gardens. Full of classic charm and character, whilst retaining much of its original features alongside comforts expected of a modern hotel.

If you are considering a civil wedding, our civil wedding license will enable you to hold both your ceremony and reception with us in the Regency or pagoda (weather permitting) and allow you to relax and enjoy your special day all under one roof.

The Regency is surrounded by landscaped gardens, framed with floor to ceiling windows which accentuates the beautiful grounds with a covered patio for your drinks reception and  ideal for photographs, to capture all of the memories of your perfect day.

We are delighted to offer a special accommodation rate for your guests wishing to stay overnight, our Wedding Co-ordinators will be delighted to provide you with further information.

We welcome you to call to arrange a suitable time to view the hotel, to discuss all your plans, including available dates, menu selection, table decoration and entertainment in more detail.

Six weeks before your wedding, our Wedding Co-ordinator will meet with you to finalise all the details, from guest numbers to table plans, timings' and menu choices.

    Me and my husband got married at Stifford Hall Hotel in April and what a day it was. We spent the whole weekend at the hotel with so many loved and we had such a beautiful experience. Any issues that arrived were quickly resolved by the staff to ensure we had the perfect day. No job was too big and they took away all the stress from us so we could focus on relaxing and getting prepared to marry. I would like to say a special thank you to all these people who helped in one way or another during our wedding weekend, your hard work didn't go unnoticed.The food was amazing and no one went hungry! Thank you for such a wonderful wedding weekend, I am sad it's over but I will always have the good memories.

    We had our wedding at Stifford Hall Hotel recently and it was absolutely amazing. The Staff were friendly and awesome and everything went smoothly and to plan. Amanda was particularly helpful in working with us to make sure everything went to plan and to help us being our ideas and dream to life! But everyone i spoke to at the hotel the bar staff the waiting staff reception staff, everyone were absolutely wonderful! We were surprised by the cute swans and petals in our room on our bed was amazing! We had a completely vegan wedding as my partner and i are both vegan. We had canapes, wedding breakfast (starter-vegan arianchi balls, main-butternut squash and cauliflower curry, desert- salted caramel cheesecake)and an evening finger buffet. They said it was the first vegan wedding and it was all perfect! Thank you. All our guests vegan/non vegan loved the vegan food and had An amazing time. I 100% recommend this place for weddings/restaurant and a wonderful hotel stay too :)

    That's what many of my wedding guests said to me, "Best Wedding Ever" and so much of that was down to the venue and it's amazing staff. Amanda feels like a very professional friend who wants the absolute best for you and your day and will do everything to make that happen. The staff were beyond accommodating, I made my own cake and the chef decorated it beautifully for me, adding extra special touches. No one felt rushed, or hassled, everything felt relaxed and natural. The staff were friendly, kind and attentive, offering help with everything from music suggestions (which were perfect choices btw thank you) to the best drinks at the bar (have you tried pineapple rum?)The price was unbelievable value for money, you would not get that level of service elsewhere for the same money ever. The chef created a whole selection of vegan foods for us to choose from, all of which were both amazing, and so good most people didn't even realise they were vegan. (curry to die for!) The venue itself is beautiful, rooms are clean, comfortable and well presented, the bar is lovely and has great food. Breakfast is amazing and again the staff are super helpful and kind.On behalf of myself, my new husband, kids and the happiest wedding guests you ever did see THANK YOU xxxx
