We look forward to welcoming you to our unique, historic, Tudor / Georgian Manor House, set in 40 acres of stunning parkland within the wider estate of almost 1,000 acres.

Built in 1495, extended in the 1500’s and again in the 1700’s Stone House boasts many period features and is still furnished and adorned as a family home, just as it had been for centuries.

Our formal Georgian drawing room is licenced for ceremonies of up to 50 guests, with outdoor ceremonies also possible. For formal dining we offer up to 24 in our original, oak panelled, Tudor dining room, iro 40 in the Georgian drawing room and 100+ with a marquee on the croquet lawn.

If you are looking for something a little more informal, but still within classic surroundings, we can cater for iro 75 within the house and 100+ in the grounds. 

We like to price our wedding packages individually tailored to each couple and their budget. But as a guide, we can offer a basic, informal wedding for up 50 guests from around £6,000, subject to numbers, package and date. For something more elaborate a typical package would be £8,000 to £10,000+ and from £12,000 for larger marquee events. 

Partnering with a range of carefully selected local catering businesses we offer a large range of options from £25 to £150 per head, including; formal seated wedding breakfast (3 or more courses of traditional or modern cuisine), canape & fizz reception, finger buffet, hot buffet, grazing table, hot & cold bowl food and quality street food eg pizza, burgers, BBQ, paella, with all the trimmings.

We include a splendid Georgian four poster bedroom suite for the bride and her attendants and offer pre and post event accommodation for up to 13 guests.
