About Terry Hall

The County Club is a private members club in the heart of the historic City of St Albans, Hertfordshire. The Club is available for weekend hire for smaller wedding receptions and parties for up to 100 guests (60 seated for a meal). We are ideally situated less than 500m from the St Albans Register office and  St Alban and Stephen Catholic Church. We are less than a 100m walk from the City Station.

Your guests will be greeted in our oak panelled bar before joining your celebration in the adjoining function room. We can prepare wedding breakfasts and buffets on site for you but we also understand that not everybody wants to do that at all and that sometimes speciality external caterers are required for particular cuisines. There are no minimum spend requirements per head and we don't offer "standard wedding packages" we will work with you to create the event that you want.

    I've been running The County Club for 10 years now and we have hosted many wedding receptions parties and birthday celebrations during that time. Many of our clients have used our venue repeatedly over the years and enjoy the space that we offer. Please have a look at our website to give you a better feel for what the Club is all about.
