The Fountain House, located in the grade 11 listed Memorial Hall building, nestled on the beloved Albert Square is a historic venue designed by the Victorian Architect Thomas Worthington, who founded the Fountain on Albert Square which has been built for over 155 years, outdating the Square itself.

Being the perfect location for your city centre wedding venue, we are the beating heart of Manchester with the Town Hall on our doorstep and the registry office too. We are also a licensed wedding
venue therefore you have plenty of options for your ceremony!

    First of all, thank you very much for all your friendly customer service and help in emails whilst we were planning everything. All of the team members (Callum, Mari (left), Gabbi and Paul, Mark and of course YOU - were amazing and made us feel looked after and excited about our special day! :)Secondly, on a day - food and drinks were delicious and everyone admitted that! Thank you to all kitchen staff and servers! Top service!Next, thank you very much for cooperating with Maria and other suppliers on our behalf. Everything looked and felt amazing and we could not be happier! Definitely would recommend The Fountain House to other couples as it has an amazing location, lovely staff, delicious food & drinks and elegant atmosphere!     Our exclusive suites at The Fountain House are located on the 1st floor of our building, including your own private entrance, washrooms, bar and cloakroom. The rooms come with stunning views overlooking The Albert Square and Town Hall. Both of our private dining spaces are licenced for wedding ceremonies, say ‘I do’ with us in one of the most iconic venues in Manchester. Celebrate from the first kiss to the first dance with total ease, let our dedicated and experienced wedding team look after you attentively and sensitively.
