We are so glad that we chose the Loft to get married at. Victoria, Sharon and all of the staff were extremely helpful and patient throughout all of the preparation, and on our wedding weekend. We had several emails and phone calls and they were always happy to help, particularly helping us to work out solutions when we hit ‘bumpy’ bits in our planning! We loved that everything was in the one place, and that our family and friends could stay at the venue for the whole weekend, giving us very precious extra time with people. The wigwams were all very comfortable, and we were even able to treat ourselves to a hot tub on our final night. The venue was fantastic for all of the children that were at our wedding, who had great fun running about and playing at the park. Several of our guests have commented that it was the most relaxed wedding they’ve been at. We also had time to go to Roseisle beach for photos and a paddle which we loved! It was absolutely exactly as we wanted, and I can’t speak highly enough of all of the staff... fabulous location, fabulous people, fabulous venue and a truly blank canvas to create your unique wedding! Having been to a wedding here at the Loft and several return visits since, I am always blown away how friendly the staff are and delicious food. I would highly recommend to any couples looking for a venue for their wedding reception for their special day.

I had the pleasure of Photographing the Dyer wedding in September and The Loft was the perfect setting. Rustic and welcoming, there are plenty of photo opportunities for couples and their guests. The Venue owners Victoria and Grigor were very helpful and friendly. The venue overlooks miles of fields and is a short drive from the beach for couples who would like their couples portraits there (as the Dyers did). The entrance to the venue was perfect for the confetti exit of the bride and groom. Can't wait to shoot here again in the spring! Beth
They always make you feel welcome at The Loft and this wedding was no different. Superb company, good music, all night long dancing and some delicious drink what else to ask for. Our wedding was held at the Loft and it was honestly better than I could of imagined. The venue itself is beautiful and the staff are just simply amazing. Neither myself or my husband could of asked for better. The day went without a single hiccup. Even an upset flower girl wasn’t a problem. Would highly recommend The Loft.

We have been lucky enough to play at a couple of weddings at The Loft. It is great how helpful everyone is and how everyone works so hard to make it a such special occasion for the happy couple!
Fabulous wedding at the Loft. Great location, friendly staff and practical wigwam accommodation. There is a play area that was ideal for entertaining the children and the caterer was a local Hogroast company
Well, what can I say. We had my daughters wedding at the Loft on the 16th June 2018. It was just the most perfect day, from start to finish. Victoria, Sharon and your team did the girls proud. Everyone commented on the venue, how beautiful it was, how attentive the staff were and the amazing breakfast. Everyone loved it so much, they did not want to leave.
We loved every part of our wedding day! The reason we chose The Loft was for something laid back, rustic and where we could have everything in one place on one day. The Loft provided this and more. The fact that we could have the venue the day before the wedding to set up how we wanted, and that our guests travelling from a distance could stay in the Wigwams the night before, was absolutely amazing. We had numerous meetings, phone calls and emails to make sure everything was smooth sailing... Even when one of us worried about literally everything and occasionally phoned multiple times a week. Our guests still talk about our wedding being the best they'd been to, how amazing the venue was and how relaxed it all felt. We just adored Victoria, Sharon and team.

Thanks for a great weekend I think, as a venue, your place competes with the best of them. However I doubt that the 'best of them' would never allow for such input from those hiring the venue. So a very special thank you for allowing our daughter, and her new husband, to make their wedding such a personalised event which was so very much them. An unbeatable warm welcome from everyone there.
We had enjoyed visiting The Loft over the years for gigs and private events, but had never attended there for a wedding. From the moment we visited The Loft, we knew it was the perfect venue for our special day. Victoria, Sharon and staff were so friendly and welcoming, which made us feel relaxed. They gave us great confidence that they would be able to transform our idea of an intimate and rustic informal affair into a reality. Victoria and Sharon kept in regular contact with us to discuss plans and details and nothing was too much hassle for them – they wanted our day to be perfect as much as we did. We can honestly say that we could not have dreamed of a more perfect place to get married. Being able to have exclusive access of The Loft for the weekend was definitely a plus point for us. This allowed all of our close friends and family to join us for a pre-wedding barbecue and party the night before. It also meant that everyone got to stay together in the quirky wigwams and lodges, which was a unique experience in itself. Six months later and our friends and family are still talking about ‘the best wedding ever’ and we are sure that those comments will continue for years to come. We really cannot thank Victoria, Sharon and the team enough for all the hard work, love and dedication they put in to create our special day. We would highly recommend The Loft to anyone who is looking for a unique venue for their wedding.

We had our wedding here a few weeks ago (June 2016)...Victoria, Grigor and all the staff were absolutely amaaaaaazing ....Not only on the day but the run up too!! Great communication all the time! Great relaxed atmosphere which all out guest commented on! Just perfect! Plus the venue itself is beautiful! Would definitely recommend the Loft to anyone!
We honestly had the best day ever, all our friends and family agreed it was the best most relaxed wedding they had ever been too! They made everything so easy for us and even when an extra guest just turned up on the day they took full control and just told me to relax and not worry it wasn't a big deal! They were so fun to plan with and made so much effort on the day for us! Even in the smallest of details even when we go to the loft now after three years they make such a lovely effort to speak! Attending a wedding at the Loft and it was great from start to finish!! Staff were great, food was amazing!! The bonus was the family room upstairs which my 2 year old loved especially when waiting for the meal to start!!

We had our wedding here back in the summer of 2014. It was such an amazing day, the loft is such a stunning venue nestled in the wonderful scottish contryside. It has a wonderful atmosphere which suited ourselves and guests amazingly. Neither me or hubby are particularly taken by the strict routines and regimes of a hotel wedding (of which we have attended many) and Victoria was absolutely amazing in helping us create the most relaxed wedding day which many of our guests still compliment us on to this day. We had complete use of the whole venue for the whole day, our ceremony in the loft itself, our meal in the lovely little rustic restaurant - the food was delicious by the way - and our evening do (which was in part a ceilidh!) in the 'cowshed' which held all of our 150ish evening guests with plenty of room to spare. We even spent our wedding night in one of the sites wigwams which was brilliant in itself. All in all I haven't attended another wedding that was so wonderful before or since then and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a venue, the loft and all of its staff are amazing!
